1. Open box and neatly lay all parts out
 |
2. Place 45° elbows on patented rail mounts.
 |
3. Equally space rail mounts on top rail - both sides of boat (Note: Start no less than 3' from rear and 2' from front).

4. Slip 5' sections of pipe into 45° elbows on both sides resting against each other.
 |
5. Glue street 45° elbows on 3 way tee, make two sets. (One for front & back).
 |
6. Glue street 45° elbows on 4 way tee. Make 6 sets (interior sections)
 |
7. Starting at one end - place header section over 5' pipes - Do not glue.
 |
8. Work your way to the other end using 4 way tee assemblies - Do not glue.
 |
9. Make sure your spacing between uprights is equal
 |
10. Measure between tees and cut 7 pieces of PVC to fit
 |
11. Starting in the back, glue Pre-cut PVC into each section.
 |
12. Work your way to the front of the boat. (Note: top rail is not always perfectly level - this is ok).
 |
13. Starting in the back, clip 1/2 tee into top rail and point downward. Tees should be equally spaced from front to back.
 |
14. Measure from tee to ground & cut to length.
 |
15. Use coupler provided to achieve proper length. Make sure to glue both sides of coupler. Do not use glue at tee.

16. Attach at least 4 pieces of strapping to the header. Attach to whatever part of boat is convenient. Make sure it will not come into contact with any moving parts.

17. Also attach strapping at the rear header to the back of boat. Always use at least 4 pieces of strapping.
 |
18. With the help of a friend lay cover over the boat. Make sure cover is centered.
 |
19. Using the adjustable tarp bungees, attach cover on sides & ends. Attach to whatever is convenient.

20. Now you are ready for whatever mother nature has to OFFER. |
